Application Procedure
| Reservation | Exhibitors are requested to fill in the attached application form and send it to the SCAJ2010 Secretariat by FAX. |

| payment | An invoice will be issued after accepting the application form by SCAJ2010 Secretariat and the booth(s) shall formally reserved after the payments is completed. Exhibitors who have reserved booth spaces will be invoiced, and need to make the payment by Wednesday, June 30, 2010. |
| Cancellation Policy | Any cancellation will be effective only in writing by applicants. From June1 to June 30 50% of the total booth charge After July1 100% of the total booth charge *Booths reservation is formally confirmed after the payment is completed, but cancellation of booth reservation will incur 100% cancellation charge even if the payment has not been completed in the case where the applicant's intention of participation had clearly been recognized by the Secretariat. |
| General Notes | Any miscellaneous item such as water tank, coffee machine, coffee pot, table, chair, or PC is ordered. Exhibitors are requested to prepare themselves for booth decoration, posters, catalogues, or coffee beans, etc. Booths include basic facilities, but exhibitors who would like to add or change the specification of the booth are requested to report to the SCAJ2010 Secretariat in advance. Schedule and terms of the seminars, events, and workshops are subject to change due to the arrangement of the venue. Please contact SCAJ2010 Secretariat if you wish to hold a paid seminar. |
| Additional payment is needed when; | Any electric equipment other than the basic facilities of arm spotlight and one power outlet (100V-500W) is ordered. Water supply and drainage is ordered. *The venue provides shared sink and grinders. The exhibitors would like to build their own booth. Any labor force is ordered.
